Ingredients
500g Tuna, cubed, washed with lime juice, water, salt, and turmeric, then drained
4 tbsp Ambulthiyal Mix
½ cup water
3 garlic pods, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Coat the tuna cubes thoroughly with Ambulthiyal Mix.
Add sliced garlic and pour in the water.
Transfer to a pan, cover with a lid, and cook on moderate heat until the gravy thickens and clings to the fish.
For extra flavor, transfer to a baking dish and grill lightly
Serving Idea
Pairs beautifully with kiribath (milk rice) or steamed red rice, alongside brinjal moju or a fresh cucumber salad.
